SHIPPING POLICY

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through https://www.irmadakman.com.

Shipping Destination

Irmadakman currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping. Available destinations are confirmed during checkout.

Shipping Cost

We provide free standard shipping on all eligible U.S. orders.

Customers will not be charged a standard shipping fee at checkout for eligible U.S. destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Transit Time

After an order ships, standard transit normally takes 3–8 business days.

The total estimated delivery time, including order processing and carrier transit, is approximately 4–11 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier interruptions, address issues, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can cause delays.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, customers receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact hello@irmadakman.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Irmadakman is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.

For a damaged package, incorrect product, or missing item, contact hello@irmadakman.com with the order number and supporting photographs.
